These are the official Norelco brand replacement heads for your Norelco electric razor. I have a Norelco 9160 model and they are the exact replacement for its razor heads. Please be sure to check your razor model number with the model numbers for which these are compatible since Norelco makes different replacement heads for different models and they are not interchangeable. Get the ones that are made for your particular model number shaver.
The image used in the product page is a bit deceptive in that it appears that you may be getting not only the round razor heads, but also the overall frame into which the round razor heads are held. You only get the three round razor heads (the thingies with the holes and slots that your beard hairs go through) plus the three razors that go inside (the thingies that cut the hairs). You do not get the overall triangular holder and you do not get the plastic thingie that goes inside to hold the razor heads in place in the overall frame. You get a total of six metal items - three round razor heads and three round cutting razors that go inside them.

I hadn't replaced my Norelco blades for at least a couple of years, and it was showing. After reading some of the recent reviews, it seemed that either Norelco completely changed the design for the worse, or there was a surge of counterfeit blades being sold. Luckily, those same reviews included photos comparing the sub-par blades to the high-quality ones. I decided to give it a shot, making sure that I bought it directly from Amazon (instead of a third-party reseller within Amazon). I'm happy to share that I received the original high-quality Norelco blades as of November, 2018. The cut is close and smooth (incredibly smoother than my 2-year old), and the shaver feels new again! I included photos comparing my old blades to the new ones, and you can see that it's exactly the same design. It appears that the other reviews that got sub-par blades received counterfeit blades. You can view the other images to see what the counterfeit ones look like. Be sure to order directly from Amazon, and compare your replacement blades to make sure you're getting the real deal!
